Întrebare: I returned from childcare leave and in the meantime the employer eliminated the position and wants to fire me. Is that legal?
Răspuns: Except for judicial reorganization or bankruptcy, the employer cannot dismiss for 6 months the employee who permanently returns to the unit after the childcare leave or is in the payment of the insertion incentive. The prohibition applies only once.
