Employer - General Description
The Employer menu brings together all the functionalities necessary for the electronic management of employer data, fully complying with legislative requirements.
- To be Romanian commercial companies, with the main activity of selecting and placing labor abroad;
- To have the necessary spaces and equipment for carrying out the activity;
- To employ qualified and experienced staff in the field of labor;
- To organize a database that includes offers and requests for jobs abroad, including information about employment conditions and applicant qualifications;
- To conclude contracts with legal entities, natural persons or organizations from abroad, which contain firm job offers;
- To be registered with the territorial labor inspectorate in the area where they have their headquarters.

- Contracts
The Contracts menu allows complete management of individual employment contracts. - Registration: Adding a new contract for an employee.
- Modification: Updating the conditions of an existing contract.
- Correction: Correcting erroneous data in the contract.
- Deletion: Canceling a contract from the register.
- Search: Identifying contracts based on specific criteria.
- Suspension: Pausing an active contract.
