Employer - General Description

The Employer menu brings together all the functionalities necessary for the electronic management of employer data, fully complying with legislative requirements.

  • To be Romanian commercial companies, with the main activity of selecting and placing labor abroad;
  • To have the necessary spaces and equipment for carrying out the activity;
  • To employ qualified and experienced staff in the field of labor;
  • To organize a database that includes offers and requests for jobs abroad, including information about employment conditions and applicant qualifications;
  • To conclude contracts with legal entities, natural persons or organizations from abroad, which contain firm job offers;
  • To be registered with the territorial labor inspectorate in the area where they have their headquarters.

The Employer menu is organized into several detailed submenus, each designed for precise and efficient management of the necessary registers and information. Each submenu fulfills specific functions, respecting legislative requirements and offering a complete and friendly user experience. Here is the complete structure:

  • Employees
    The submenus dedicated to this menu allow complete management of employee information.
    • Add: Registering a new employee in the system.
    • Modify: Updating the data of an existing employee.
    • Correction: Correcting erroneous employee data.
    • Deletion: Removing an employee from the record.
    • Search: Quickly identifying an employee based on specific criteria.
  • Contracts
    The Contracts menu allows complete management of individual employment contracts.
    • Registration: Adding a new contract for an employee.
    • Modification: Updating the conditions of an existing contract.
    • Correction: Correcting erroneous data in the contract.
    • Deletion: Canceling a contract from the register.
    • Search: Identifying contracts based on specific criteria.
    • Suspension: Pausing an active contract.
    • Termination: Terminating a contract at the end of the employment relationship.
  • Extracts
    The submenus in this menu facilitate the generation of extracts regarding various entities in the register.
    • Employee: Extracts with complete information about an employee.
    • Contract: Extracts containing details about specific contracts.
    • Employer: Extracts at the employer level, summarizing essential data.
  • Registers
    The submenus in this menu allow access to the management and administration functions of employer registers.
    • Access Request: Requesting access to the register for authorized users.
    • Employers: Administration and viewing of employer details.
    • Delegation: Setting delegation permissions for other people.
    • Delegates: Managing the delegations granted.
  • Settings
    The settings menu allows you to customize and configure the application according to specific needs.
    • Bonuses: Managing the list of accepted bonuses.
    • COR Codes: Occupation codes according to the COR nomenclature.
    • CAEN Codes: Classification of CAEN economic activities.
    • SIRUTA Codes: Locality codes according to the SIRUTA nomenclature.
    • Employer: Settings that include configuring API keys for access and integration.
    • Nomenclatures: Defining and managing the necessary codes and standards.
