- Replacing a temporarily absent employee;
- Temporary increase in activity;
- Projects with a limited duration.
The fixed-term contract must comply with specific legal conditions and cannot be used to circumvent the legal provisions regarding indefinite-term contracts.
3. Telecommuting Clause Contract
Allows the employee to work from a location other than the employer's headquarters, using information and communication technology. The contract must include:
- Conditions under which telework is performed;
- Schedule in which the employer can check the teleworker's activity;
- Obligations regarding the provision of necessary equipment.
It is important that all aspects related to telecommuting are clearly stipulated in the contract to avoid any misunderstandings.
4. Temporary Employment Contract
Concluded between a temporary employment agency and a temporary employee to work for a user during a mission. The contract must specify:
- Duration and description of the mission;
- Identity of the user;
- Working conditions and remuneration.
This type of contract offers flexibility to both employers and employees, allowing rapid adaptation to the needs of the labor market.
5. Apprenticeship Contract
Intended for the professional training of young people in the workplace, combining practical activity with theoretical training. The contract includes:
- Duration of the apprenticeship;
- Training program;
- Rights and obligations of the parties.
Apprenticeship facilitates the integration of young people into the labor market and the development of necessary skills.
