Reforming the Labor Inspectorate's activity within the NRRP
In the context of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), the Labor Inspectorate aims to reform the institution's core activity by modernizing and streamlining control activities in the field of labor relations and health and safety at work.
The objective of the reform
The objective will be achieved by modernizing the digital infrastructure to increase the transparency of the institution's activity, the degree of integration with partner public institutions, reduce bureaucracy, and provide high-quality digital services to citizens, employees, and employers.
Project financing
The system is financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 7 – Digital Transformation, Investment & Digitization in the field of labor and social protection.
Completion date
The project completion date is the fourth quarter of 2025.
Public debate
In accordance with the provisions of Cap. II art. 7 of Law no. 52/2003 (*republished*) regarding decision-making transparency in public administration, the Labor Inspectorate initiates a public debate procedure regarding the Technical Project related to the Reform of control activity in the field of labor relations and health and safety at work, financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) - Component 7.
