How do I access the Kiosk

1. Access the main screen of the kiosk by tapping on the screen.

2. Select the option „Employee Register”.

3. You will be redirected to the login page:
3.1. If you already have a REGES account, enter your email address and password, then select the „Login” button.
3.2. If you do not have a REGES account, but you have a RoEID account, select the „Login with RoEID” option and continue the authentication process.
3.3. If you have neither a REGES account nor a RoEID, you need to create a new account. Select the „Register” link, fill in the requested information and press the „Register” button.


4. After logging in, you will be redirected to the main page of the portal for employees.
4.1. If you have logged in with an existing account or with RoEID, you have full access to the portal's functionalities.
4.2. If you have recently created your account or it has not yet been activated, you must select the „Activation at the counter” option, as follows:

a. On the activation page, follow the displayed instructions regarding scanning the identity document and taking the photo.
b. Check the accuracy of the data taken, select the county in which you are located,
c. Check the declaration regarding liability for false statements, then press the „Submit request” button.
d. Wait for the request processing and account activation by an authorized operator.


5. After activating your account, you can fully use the functions available in the portal.


CAUTION!

When finishing the session, make sure you have logged out of your account.
To do this, select the „End session” button or access the menu in the upper right corner of the screen, select Account name, then the „Logout” option.
