The "Useful" section contains essential technical functionalities for interacting with the system and for extracting data, in the context of external integrations or the employer's operational needs.

API Keys

To obtain the API access keys needed for integration with other applications, users can copy:

  • User ID, associated with the active account;

  • Employer ID, related to the entity for which access is desired.

The copy button automatically retrieves the respective code to the clipboard.

External system access

If access from an external system is required for operations on the current company register, the user can generate the necessary credentials by pressing the Obține credențialele button.

This functionality is relevant for automating processes, developing custom interfaces, or synchronizing with other internal management platforms.

Export entity from database

To export data in digital format, you can select the desired entity and the output file format.
Steps to follow:

  1. Select the report format (e.g. JSON);

  2. Press the Export salariați or Export contracte button, depending on the type of data needed.

The generated file will contain all the information associated with the selected entity, in the standard structure accepted for further processing.
