Settings / Employer / Specific Bonuses
The „Bonuses, allowances and other specific additions for the employer” section allows the definition of additional salary elements that are not found in the general nomenclature, but are exclusively applicable to the current employer.
This functionality is useful in situations where the employer grants bonuses or salary additions with their own names and regulations, which must be managed separately within the application.
Available information:

The list of bonuses, allowances or additions defined at the employer level;

Search function for quick identification by name.
Add new element:
To enter a new bonus/allowance/addition:

The Add button is pressed;

The name is completed in the mandatory „Name” field;

The action is confirmed by selecting the Add option from the dialog box.
The elements thus defined become available for association within individual employment contracts and can be used later.
