Registry / Delegation

The Registers / Delegation section allows the registration of an access delegation in the current register, to another person or entity. The delegation can be done by the legal representative, an employee with the right to delegate or a provider.

1. Delegation details

Fill in the following fields:

• Quality of signatory – select the quality in which you sign:

  • Legal representative

  • Authorized person

• Company identification type – select the type:

  • CUI or CIF

  • CNP

  • NIF

  • Other

• Company identification number – enter the corresponding code (e.g. the company's CIF).

• Delegate type – choose from the options:

  • Provider

  • Employee

  • Employee with delegation rights

• Delegate identification number – enter the identifier related to the selected type (CIF/CNP/NIF/etc.).

• Start date – select or manually enter the date from which the delegation begins.
  📅 You can use the calendar or you can write the date manually.

• End date (optional) – fill in if the delegation has a limited period.

• Declaration on own responsibility – check to confirm that the registration is made on the basis of a valid act already concluded between the parties.

• Mentions (optional) – you can enter any other relevant information.

Important note

At the end of the form, the legal rules of delegation are displayed, depending on the type of delegate and the quality of the person completing the request. These are informative and do not need to be completed.

2. Summary

The page displays a summary of the completed information:

• The name of the delegate,

• the validity period of the delegation,

• the identification types,

• the added mentions.

Check all the data and press “Submit” to complete the delegation.

After submitting the request, the message confirming the granting of access rights for the selected delegate, with the mentioned period, is displayed in the chat.
