Extracts/Employee
The “Employee Extract” functionality allows generating a complete report on the activity of an employee registered in the REGES system, based on information transmitted by the employer.
Employee Selection
In the displayed list, a maximum of 10 employees are visible, ordered alphabetically. To identify the desired employee, the following filtering options are available:

Name

First name

CNP/NIF/Other

Date of birth (can be entered manually or selected from the calendar)

Place of birth
After selecting the employee, press the “Next” button to view the summary and generate the report.
Report Content
The generated report contains:

Employee identification data
-
Information about the individual employment contract: number, date, duration, standard, COR code, salary
-
Seniority in specialty according to COR
-
Information about possible suspensions or secondments
-
The journal of records in the system, in the order of the effects

Employer identification data
The report reflects exclusively the information declared by the employer in the REGES platform. It can be exported in PDF, Excel or CSV format. Optionally, it can be electronically signed before downloading.
Observation
The document is valid in printed format only if it is accompanied by the handwritten signature of the employer or the ITM representative.
