Extracts / Non-conformities
The "Non-compliance extracts" functionality allows the generation of an automatic report that signals possible discrepancies or errors in the data transmitted by the employer in the General Register of Employees (REGES). This report is indicative and aims to support the employer in complying with legal requirements.
Steps to generate the report:

Accessing the corresponding section

Navigate in the platform to the Non-compliance extracts section.

Enter the start date for the analysis period. This field is mandatory.

The system will automatically check the records from that moment until the present.

Verification of employer data

The platform displays general information about the employer:

Company name, CUI/CIF, county, locality, address

Legal representative, phone number
-
Legal form, form of ownership, level of establishment, form of organization, field of activity

Selecting the export format
-
You can select one of the following formats to download the report:

PDF – for archiving and printing

EXCEL / CSV – for detailed analysis

(Optional) You can check the Sign electronically option, if it is active in the platform.

Generating the report

Press the Generate report button to get the file.

After generation, the report is available for download.

What the report contains:
The report includes a list of automatic checks applied to the data transmitted by the employer. Examples of non-compliance monitored:

Non-compliant daily norm for minors

Concluded or suspended contracts that have not been updated on time

Contracts registered or modified with delay
-
Salaries below the legal limit or not updated

Notifications left open for more than 30 days

Accumulation of norms above the allowed limit
For each verification category, the following is displayed:

Type of verification

Number of non-compliance identified (in this case: all values are "0")
Important observation:
This report is only indicative and does not include all possible non-compliance. It does not exempt the employer from legal responsibility and does not replace an official control. The printed document is valid only if it is signed in handwriting by the employer or an ITM representative.
