Extracts / Employer Journal
The "Employer Log Extract" functionality allows the generation of a complete report with all the actions performed on the REGES platform for a specific employer, within a specified time interval. This log is useful for monitoring changes and operations recorded in the system.
Steps to generate the log:

Accessing the corresponding section

Navigate within the platform to the Employer Log Extract section.

Fill in the desired time interval:

The start date is mandatory.

The end date is optional - if not filled in, the report will include all records from the start date to the present.

Verifying employer information

The general information of the employer will be automatically displayed:

Name, CUI/CIF, county, locality, address

Legal representative, phone number
-
Legal form, ownership form, level of establishment, form of organization, and field of activity

Selecting the export format

Choose the desired format for generating the report:

PDF - recommended for official archiving

EXCEL or CSV - useful for internal analysis and processing

(Optional) You can check the Sign electronically option, if it is active.

Generating the report

Press the Generate report button.

After generation, the report will be available for download from the platform.

What the report contains:

Complete list of operations recorded in the system for the selected employer, displayed in chronological order.

For each operation, the following are mentioned:

Date and time
-
The user who performed the action
-
Type of operation (e.g., Extract request, Secondment, Contract termination, Proposal acceptance)

Detailed description of the action

Important observation:
The report is automatically generated based on the data transmitted by employers in REGES. It accurately reflects the information recorded in the system, without additional interpretations. The document is valid in printed format only with the handwritten signature of the employer or an ITM representative.
