Extracts/ Employees Employer
The „Employer employees extract” functionality allows generating a report with essential information about the employer and the list of employees registered in the General Register of Employees (REGES).
Steps to generate an extract:

Accessing the corresponding section

Navigate the platform to the Employer employees extract section.

Make sure you are logged in to an account with appropriate rights for the employer concerned.

Checking the displayed information

The employer's identification data is displayed at the top of the page, such as:

Company name, CUI/CIF, category, county, locality and address

Legal representative, telephone number and e-mail address
-

Relevant legal information is also included: legal form, type of property, level of establishment, form of organization and field of activity.

Selecting the export format

In the lower right, select the desired format for the report:

PDF – for printing and physical signature

EXCEL or CSV – for further digital processing

(Optional) Check the Sign electronically option, if available and enabled.

Generating the report

Press the Generate report button to download the document in the selected format.

The report includes the list of employees associated with the employer and is automatically generated based on data from the REGES IT system.

Important observation:
The report is valid in printed format only if it is signed in handwriting by the employer or by an ITM representative. The responsibility for the correctness of the data lies exclusively with the employer who transmitted it in the system.
