The “Employee contract extracts” functionality allows you to generate a detailed report regarding an employee's individual employment contract, based on the data recorded in the General Register of Employees (REGES).

Steps to generate a contract extract:

  1. Selecting the contract

    • Access the Contract extract section from the platform.

    • In step 1 – Contract Selection, the existing contracts are displayed according to their status:

      • Active

      • Detached

    • You can filter the displayed contracts using the search fields: name, surname, personal identification number, contract number or date.

    • Select the desired contract from the list by checking the corresponding box, then press the Next button.

  2. Viewing contract details

    • In step 2 – Summary, all relevant information about the contract is displayed:

      • Type, duration, standard, hours distribution

      • Calendar dates: Start, End, Effects

      • Function/occupation, place of work, other details

      • Gross monthly salary

      • Contract status (Active/Ended etc.)

  3. Selecting the export format

    • At the bottom of the page, choose the desired format for the report:

      • PDF – for printing and handwritten signature

      • EXCEL / CSV – for analysis or digital archiving

    • (Optional) Check Sign electronically, if the option is active in the system.

  4. Generating and downloading the report

    • Press the Generate report button.

    • After generation, the file can be downloaded using the Download button.

    • The report will include:

      • All contract data

      • Log of records

      • Information about bonuses, seniority, suspensions and secondments

Important observation:

The report is valid in printed format only with the handwritten signature of the employer or a representative of the ITM. The information is automatically generated from the data transmitted by the employer in the platform, and the responsibility for its accuracy belongs exclusively to him.
