Employer Extracts/Contracts
The "Employer Contract Extracts" functionality offers an overview of all employment contracts registered by an employer in the General Register of Employees (REGES), regardless of their status (active, detached, etc.).
Steps to generate the report:

Accessing the corresponding section

Navigate in the platform to the Employer Contract Extracts section.

General information about the employer will be automatically displayed, including:

Name, CUI/CIF, category, county, locality and address

Legal representative, phone, e-mail

Legal form, form of ownership, level of establishment, type of organization and field of activity

Selecting the export format

At the bottom of the page you can select the format in which you want to generate the report:

PDF - recommended for printing and official archiving

EXCEL / CSV - suitable for digital analysis and further filtering

(Optional) Check the Sign electronically option, if active.

Generating the report

Press the Generate report button to download the document.

The report will contain the complete list of active employment contracts or in other statuses (e.g. secondments), with information such as:

Employee's first and last name
-
CNP, nationality
-
Contract number and date
-
Period of execution
-
Type of contract, working hours, occupation (COR code), hours/day, contract status

Important observation:
The report is generated automatically based on the data transmitted by the employer in the REGES system. The responsibility for the accuracy of the information lies exclusively with the employer. The document is valid in printed format only if it is signed in handwriting by the employer or an ITM representative.
