Employer Extracts/Centralizer
The functionality "Employer Summary Report Extract" allows generating a synthetic report that presents the situation of employment contracts registered by an employer in the General Register of Employees (REGES), grouped according to relevant criteria such as: COR code, standard, duration, and contract status.
Steps to generate the report:

Accessing the corresponding section

Access the Employer Summary Report Extract section of the platform.

The general information of the employer will be automatically displayed:

Company name, CUI/CIF, county, locality, address

Legal representative, phone number
-
Legal form, form of ownership, level of establishment, type of organization, and field of activity

Selecting the export format
-
Choose the desired format for downloading the report:

PDF – for archiving or formal transmission

EXCEL / CSV – for detailed analysis and filtering

(Optional) Check Sign electronically, if this option is active.

Generating the report

Press the Generate report button to obtain the file.

What the report contains:
The summary report includes several informative sections:

Summary of contracts according to COR and status (Active / Posted) – displays the distribution of contracts based on the occupation code (COR) and the current status of each contract.

Active contracts according to COR and standard – highlights active contracts grouped according to the work standard (e.g., full standard).

Active contracts according to COR and duration – groups active contracts according to their duration (e.g., for an indefinite period).

Suspended contracts – depending on the reason for suspension (if any).

Fully posted contracts – grouped according to the legal basis of the posting.

Citizenship summary – highlights the citizenship of employees with active or posted contracts.
Important observation:
The report is generated automatically based on the data entered into the system by the employer. The information is not processed or adjusted by the platform. The responsibility for the veracity belongs exclusively to the employer. The document is valid in printed format only with the handwritten signature of the employer or an ITM representative.
