1. General Description

The functionality Căutare Salariat allows users to quickly identify information regarding existing employees in the system.

This function facilitates viewing personal details and data associated with the employment contract, without the possibility to modify them.

2. Accessing the Functionality

To access the Căutare Salariat menu, navigate in the side menu to the Employees section, then select the Search submenu.

3. Searching for an Employee

The system allows searching for an employee using one or more of the following parameters:

  • Employee name – search by full name or partial.
  • Employee first name – search by full first name or partial.
  • CNP/NIF/Altul – exact search by personal identification number or other unique identifier.
  • Date of birth – select from calendar to filter employees by date of birth.
  • Place of birth – search by place of birth.

After completing the relevant fields, press the Search button to display the results.

4. Displaying Results

Search results are displayed as a table with the following columns:

  • Name – the full name of the employee.
  • CNP/NIF/Altul – personal identification number or other unique identifier.
  • Date of birth – date of birth of the employee.
  • Place of birth – place of birth of the employee.
  • Citizenship – nationality of the employee.

If there are multiple employees who meet the search criteria, the system displays only the first 10 results, sorted alphabetically.

For a more detailed search, it is recommended to filter using more criteria.

5. Viewing Employee Details

To see detailed information about an employee, select their name from the displayed list.

A dedicated page will open with the following sections:

5.1. Employee Data

  • Last name and first name
  • Citizenship and type of citizenship
  • Type of identity document
  • CNP/NIF/Altul
  • Date of birth
  • Handicap level (if applicable)

5.2. General Data

  • Country of residence/domicile
  • County and city
  • Address of residence
  • Additional mentions

6. Conclusion

The Căutare Salariat menu is an essential functionality for identifying and consulting information about employees.
