Decisions / Moving / Change of Location
The "Job change decision" functionality allows the registration of a decision by which an employment contract is transferred from the register of one entity to another entity of the same employer, in case both entities manage separate registers.
Steps to complete the job change decision:
1. Contract selection

The list of active contracts of employees is displayed.

Select the targeted contract and press Forward.
2. Decision details
Complete the following mandatory fields:

Decision number and Decision date
-
Start date - the date on which the job change takes effect
-
CUI/CNP destination employer - the internal entity that takes over the contract

Destination employer name (optional)

Observation sent to the recipient - in this case, the system displays an important information:
"The operation allows the change of workplace for contracts from the transferring employer's register to another entity of the same, if the two entities of the employer independently manage the register."
3. Contract type
Complete:

Contract type - ex. Individual employment contract

Contract duration - ex. Undetermined
-
Type of norm - ex. Full norm 8/40
-
Type of distribution interval: Number of hours per day / week / month

Number of hours

Working time distribution - select one of the available options and complete according to the choice:

Daily (uniform) - time interval

Shifts/Turns - select the type of shift (ex. 12/24)

Flexible / Illegal / Individualized - complete the field Working time distribution details

4. Contract details
Complete:
-
Contract number and period
-
Position/occupation - COR code and name
-
Education level
-
Workplace:
-
If it is Fixed -> also complete the county and locality

If it is Mobile -> only complete the county

Other details - optional field
5. Salary, bonuses, allowances and other additions

Enter the monthly gross salary

Add bonuses or other additions, if applicable
6. Summary
Review all completed information and verify:

The correctness of the contractual data
-
Elements related to working time
-
Location compliance
After verification, press Submit to save the decision.
Did you send a transfer decision by mistake?
If you have transmitted a transfer, change of workplace or change of management decision erroneously, it can be canceled.
How to cancel it:

Access the menu Contracts -> Transfer -> Cancel

Find the targeted contract.

Follow the selection and confirmation steps.

Press Submit to complete the cancellation process.
After cancellation, the effect of the decision is completely canceled and the contract returns to its previous state.
