The “Sent Transfer Decisions” section allows employers to track the status of transfer, job change, or management decisions sent to other entities. This functionality is essential for tracking the status of transfer processes initiated by the user.

Available elements in this section:

• Decision search:

  • You can enter the name of the recipient company or the name of the employee concerned to quickly locate the decision you are looking for.

• Filter by status:

  • Accepted – the decision has been accepted by the recipient entity

  • Sent – the decision has been sent and is pending

  • Rejected – the decision was rejected by the recipient entity

• Filter by decision type:

  • Transfer

  • Change of workplace

  • Change of management

The information displayed for each decision includes:

• The name of the employee concerned

• Decision number and date

• The start date of the decision's effects

• The name and identifier of the recipient entity (CUI/CNP)

• The current status of the decision (e.g. Sent)

This view is useful for:

• Monitoring the progress of an initiated decision

• Following up on the recipient's response

• Ensuring administrative continuity in the transfer process
