Decisions/ Move/ Received

The „Receiving transfer decisions” section allows employers to view all decisions submitted by other entities for the purpose of taking over contracts. These decisions may be for transfer, change of job or change of management, depending on the applicable scenario. The receiving employer is responsible for accepting or rejecting the decision received.

Elements available in this section:

  • Decision search:

    • Enter the employee's name or the name of the source company to quickly identify a decision.

    • Filters are applied according to the status of the decision:

      • Accepted

      • Received

      • Rejected

  • Filter by decision type:

    • Transfer – in the case of a business transfer or in the budget system

    • Change of job – between entities of the same employer that manage separate registers

    • Change of management – between units without legal personality (e.g. branches)

Additional features:

  • Displaying the status of the decision: decisions marked as „Received” are awaiting action by the receiving employer.

  • After selection, the user can view the decision details and choose one of the available actions: Accept or Reject.

Note:

If no decision is displayed, the standard message is:

„No decision was found that matches the search criteria.”

This may occur either because there are no decisions received in the system, or because the filters applied do not match any of the existing decisions.
