Contracts / Suspension / Modification
This functionality allows the modification of a suspension already registered in the REGES-ONLINE platform, in the situation where corrections have been made regarding the suspension period or the legal basis.
The suspension modification is done in three steps: Contract selection, Suspension details and Summary.
1. Contract selection
In this step, the contract in the „Suspended” state is selected, for which the data needs to be modified.

Suspended contracts are displayed in alphabetical order.

For a more efficient search, you can use the filters: Employee name, Employee surname, CNP/NIF/Other, Contract number, Contract date.

The desired contract is selected by checking the corresponding circle and pressing „Next”.
Ony the first 10 results are displayed. Use the filtering fields for quick access to specific records.
2. Suspension details
The corrected information regarding the suspension of the contract is completed.

Suspension reason – select the correct reason for suspension from the list (mandatory).

Suspension start date – enter the new start date.

Suspension end date – enter the new end date.

Other details – optional field for further clarification.
After correctly filling in the fields, press „Next” to continue.
3. Summary
The last step offers a complete recap of the contract and the new details regarding the suspension:

Employee information: name, CNP
-
Contract type: type, duration, standard, distribution of working time

Contract details: position, county, locality, salary and bonuses

Suspension details: legal basis, start and end date of suspension
After checking all the information, finalize the modification by pressing „Submit”.
