Contracts / Posting / Cancellation

This functionality allows the complete cancellation of a secondment decision that was mistakenly transmitted. 


Access:
Navigate to Contracts → Secondment → Cancel


When is it used?
It is used when:

  • the secondment decision was transmitted incorrectly

  • The secondment no longer needs to take effect


Steps for cancellation:

  1. Select the employee for whom the secondment decision was transmitted.

  2. Fill in the reason 

  3. Check the contract summary.

  4. Press Transmit to complete the cancellation.


After transmission:

  • the secondment decision is canceled

  • the contract returns to the state before the secondment

  • the employee is removed from the “Seconded” state

Canceling the secondment completely eliminates its effects — the secondment will no longer be active or valid in the registry.
