Contracts / Search
The “Contract Search” functionality allows the identification of contracts registered in the platform, regardless of their status.
Selecting the contract status
On the left side of the page, the user can select one or more contract statuses for which they want to display the results:

Active
-
Suspended
-
Terminated
-
Reactivated
-
Seconded
-
Transferred
-
Changed job
-
Changed register management
-
Deleted
-
All (automatically checks all the categories above)
Only the first 10 results are displayed. To access a contract that does not appear in the list, it is necessary to use the filters.
Filtering criteria
To narrow down the search, you can use the filtering fields at the top of the screen:

Employee name
-
Employee first name
-
CNP / NIF / Other
-
Contract number
-
Contract date
After filling in the desired fields, press the “Search” button.
Viewing the contract
Selecting a contract from the list allows access to the contractual details and its history.
It displays:
-
Contract details
-
Successive changes to it (ex: changes of function, secondment, reactivation, etc.)
-
The button to download the standard contract document
Available actions
The following options are available at the bottom of the display screen:

Download contract – generates the document with the pre-filled data
-
Upload document – allows uploading another file in Word format
-
Correction – sends the user to the “Contract Correction” section
