1. What Does Modifying a Contract Mean?

Modifying an employment contract involves updating essential information related to the employment relationship between employer and employee.

This may include:

  • Changing the work schedule (day/night hours, work time allocation).
  • Adjusting the position or the level of education.
  • Changing the salary or additional benefits.
  • Changing the location of the workplace.
  • Updating the contract duration (fixed/indefinite).

Any modification must comply with labor laws and be approved by both parties.


2. Selectare Contract

In this step, the user must choose the contract they want to modify.

  • You can use the search function or select from the list of existing contracts.

3. Tip Contract

This section allows adjusting fundamental details of the contract:

  • Contract type – Select the type of contract (e.g., Individual employment contract).
  • Duration – Choose between fixed term or indefinite.
  • Type of norm – Select full norm or fractional.
  • Working time duration – Set the working time in relation to the chosen norm (e.g., Full norm 8/40).
  • Working time – Enter the number of hours worked daily.
  • Distribution interval type – Select the method of allocating working time (e.g., Number of hours per day).
  • Hours allocation – You can choose between:
    • Day hours
    • Night hours
    • Hours during the rest period
  • Working time allocation – Select the work schedule (Daily, uniform, flexible, shifts, etc.).
  • Time interval – Set the start time and end time of the work schedule.

After completing the details, press the "Next" button to move to the next step.


4. Detalii Contract

This section allows editing the following information:

  • Contract number
  • Start and end date
  • Position/Occupation
  • Level of education
  • Workplace
  • County and locality of the workplace
  • Level of disability (if applicable)

5. Salariu, Sporuri, Indemnizații și Alte Adaosuri

In this step, the user can modify:

  • Basic salary
  • Applicable bonuses
  • Allowances and other benefits

6. Sumar

This section displays a summary of all the changes made.

At the end, the user can:
Generate the contract with the updated data.
Transmit the contract for approval or signature.
