Application User Guide – Employee
1. Accessing the Application
To access the platform at https://reges.inspectiamuncii.ro, users can log in using one of two methods:

With RoeID – using the email address and password associated with your RoeID account.

With email and password – if there is no previous RoeID association.
⚠️ Note: If you log in via RoeID, the traditional email + password login is no longer available.
2. Home Page – Your Employers
After logging in, the application displays a list of employers registered in REGES under your personal identification number (CNP).
For each employer, the following details are shown:

Company name
-
Company ID (CUI/CNP) and address
-
Contact information
You also have access to two action buttons:

Request extract – to download an official document
-
Notify – to submit a report or correction request to the employer (if active in the system)
3. Types of Available Extracts
From the right-side menu "Request register extract", you can generate two types of documents:
a) Individual Register Extract

Select the company you wish to request the extract for

Choose your preferred format: PDF, XML, or CSV

Optional: check “Do not display salary”

The request must be electronically signed and submitted through the app
b) Consolidated Register Extract
-
Includes your full employment history recorded in REGES, regardless of employer
-
Choose a time period: 2006–2011 or 2011–present

Available formats: PDF, XML, CSV

The request must be electronically signed and accompanied by a self-declaration
4. Downloading and Printing Documents
All submitted requests appear in the Request and Notification Status section, where you can:

Track the status of your request

Open the generated extract
-
Download or print the document
All extracts are officially issued by the Labour Inspectorate and include the institution’s letterhead. They may be used for both personal and official purposes.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted.
5. Profile Settings
From the Employee Application menu (top right corner), you can access:
Profile Settings:

Update your email address
-
Update your phone number
-
Choose your preferred notification method (PUSH or email)

Reset your password
-
Permanently delete your account (irreversible action)
6. Notifications and Reports
If you identify incorrect information, you can use the “Notify” button to submit a correction request to your employer.
Notifications can only be sent to employers who are currently active in the system.
Recommendations

All extracts are electronically signed and can serve as proof of employment history.

To submit requests, a valid qualified digital certificate is required.
